By using TikSave, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the tool.
2. What TikSave Does
TikSave is a free online tool that processes public TikTok video URLs to help users download video and audio files from TikTok's servers. We don't host or store media files. We operate independently of TikTok and ByteDance Inc.
3. Fair & Fair-Use Rules
You agree to use TikSave responsibly. Specifically, you may use TikSave to:
- Save videos that you created as a backup for your own content gallery.
- Save public videos with permission from the original creator.
- Save content for personal, offline viewing.
You agree NOT to:
- Re-upload, sell, or commercialize other creators' videos without rights.
- Run automated bots, scrapers, or scripts against our API endpoints.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access private, deleted, or restricted videos.

5. Service Availability & Disclaimers
TikSave is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. TikTok periodically changes its network architecture, so download availability may occasionally fluctuate. We may modify or pause features at any time without notice.

TikSave and its maintainers are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the service or any downloaded media files. You are responsible for making sure your use of downloaded content complies with local laws and platform guidelines.
